This Privacy Policy explains how DocFacil, provided by R12H45, handles information when you use the application. By installing, accessing, or using DocFacil, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. About DocFacil
DocFacil is an Android application designed to help users store, organize, describe, tag, group, and find documents locally on their own device.
The application is intended to work as a local document organizer. In this version, DocFacil does not provide cloud storage, user accounts, remote synchronization, or remote document recovery.
2. Information stored locally by the application
When you use DocFacil, the application may store the following information locally on your device:
- documents and files selected or added by you;
- document names;
- descriptions entered by you;
- tags created or assigned by you;
- groups or categories assigned by you;
- document dates or other dates entered by you;
- local app settings, such as your acceptance of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
This information is stored on your device for the purpose of allowing the application to organize and search your documents.
3. Local document storage
Documents added to DocFacil are stored locally on the user's device. R12H45 does not operate a server that receives, stores, processes, or backs up the documents added by users to the application.
Because documents are stored locally, R12H45 cannot access, restore, view, recover, or delete your documents remotely.
4. Files and device access
DocFacil may request access to files, documents, images, or storage-related features on your device only when needed for app functionality, such as selecting, importing, opening, sharing, or organizing documents.
The application uses the access granted by the Android system to perform the action requested by you. You are responsible for the files you choose to add to the application.
5. Information we do not collect directly
In this version, R12H45 does not directly collect, require, or maintain:
- user accounts;
- login credentials;
- names, addresses, or phone numbers;
- payment information;
- the content of documents stored in the app;
- cloud copies of your documents;
- remote backups of your documents.
6. Advertising and Google AdMob
DocFacil may display advertisements through Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google.
Google AdMob and related Google services may collect and process certain information from your device for purposes such as serving ads, measuring ad performance, preventing invalid activity, maintaining security, and complying with applicable laws and policies.
Depending on your device settings, region, consent choices, and Google's policies, information processed by Google may include data such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app activity related to ads, approximate location derived from network information, diagnostics, and interactions with advertisements.
R12H45 does not control all data collection or processing performed by Google AdMob. You should review Google's policies to understand how Google handles information in connection with advertising services.
7. Advertising consent and privacy choices
Where required by applicable law or platform rules, DocFacil may display consent or privacy options related to advertising. These options may be provided through Google's User Messaging Platform or similar tools.
Depending on your location and eligibility, you may be able to manage choices related to personalized ads, non-personalized ads, or other privacy preferences. Availability of these options may vary by region, device, and applicable legal requirements.
8. How information is used
Locally stored information is used to provide the main features of the application, including:
- saving documents on the device;
- displaying your document list;
- organizing documents by tags, descriptions, groups, and dates;
- searching documents based on information entered by you;
- opening, sharing, editing, or deleting document records when requested by you;
- remembering local app preferences and legal acceptance status.
Advertising-related information processed by Google AdMob is used according to Google's own advertising and privacy policies.
9. Sharing of information
R12H45 does not sell your documents or document metadata.
R12H45 does not share your locally stored documents with third parties. However, information may be processed by third-party services used by the application, such as Google AdMob, as described in this Privacy Policy.
If you choose to share, export, open, or send a document using another app installed on your device, that action is controlled by you and may be subject to the privacy practices of the selected third-party app or service.
10. Data retention
Documents and metadata stored by DocFacil remain on your device until you delete them inside the application, clear the app data, uninstall the application, or otherwise remove them through Android or device settings.
R12H45 does not maintain remote copies of your documents and therefore cannot restore them if they are deleted from your device.
11. Backups
You are responsible for creating and maintaining backups of any documents that are important to you. If DocFacil provides export or backup features, those features depend on actions taken by you and on the destination selected by you.
Device-level backup features provided by Android, Google, the device manufacturer, or other services may operate independently from DocFacil and may be subject to their own privacy policies and settings.
12. Security
DocFacil is designed to store user documents locally on the device. However, no application, device, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You should protect your device with appropriate security measures, such as screen lock, device encryption where available, secure backups, and careful handling of sensitive documents.
13. Children's privacy
DocFacil is not directed to children under the age of 13. R12H45 does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

14. User rights and requests
